With the release of the second issue this Friday, Parsons Magazine celebrates the graduation of the 2007 seniors, and the amazing works they have created. Their designs showcase a great deal of enthusiasm and professional knowledge, and have served as inspirations for fellow students at Parsons. The PM crew selected several outstanding works from the thesis shows in May and early June, and decided to share them with you in this new website. The selection is based upon originality, form, material and content, as well as the photos we received and collected.
As much as we would like to present more of the theses to the New School student body, there was quite a limited response when we asked departmental chairs and students for input. Please feel free to send us more recommendations, images and work descriptions of the 2007 theses, so we can accurately depict what the shows we’re all about. Also, please note that all of the quotes included have not been edited.
